As soon
as a call comes in, our rapid deployment team mobilizes and our task
force initiates along a well defined procedure that developed from
many successful years of experience:
- Upon
your initial call our vehicles and equipment are immediately mobilized.
In the mean time (usually on route to your job site) our diagnosis
begins.
- Our
swift response time is one of our trademarks. There is no place
too remote for us to reach and we listen very carefully while continuing
our diagnostics as to be fully prepared for the problem at hand.
- Next
is our Identification, Estimation, and Review phase. In nearly all
cases we can identify and isolate the problem on arrival.
- Solving
the problem then becomes extremely quick. The preparation from your
initial call and from continuing communication on route optimizes
our timeline for repairs while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Once
the repairs and inspections are complete, we will organize all of
our findings, repairs, and recommendations in a detailed, indexed,
tabulated technical report.
- We
will later continue with follow-up calls and other services such
as our 10 year maintenance plan, IR Scanning, or oil analysis (for
transformers).
